Melgarejo, extra virgin olive oil.

Melgarejo has brought to the market three new monovarietal oils: Frantoio, Hojiblanco and arbequina which come to show our customers the more typical sensory aspects of each variety.

The fruits were collected between October the 19th and November the 11th, where each variety is at its optimal ripeness so, we obtained exceptional oils.

The oils mature in our cellar where once filtered they get ready to be commercialised. By doing this, we hope to generate the culture of the aromas and flavours that each variety provides to us.
